Vande Bharat to link Jammu and Srinagar capitals: Omar Abdullah hails ‘all-weather’ rail push
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has welcomed the Jammu Tawi–Srinagar Vande Bharat Express, calling it a major boost for tourism and regional connectivity ahead of its scheduled April 30 launch. He has also urged authorities to increase train capacity and frequency as the expanded service is expected to improve rail access between Jammu and Srinagar.
