‘Mythos’ AI threat: FM tells banks to build stronger defences
FM Nirmala Sitharaman said Indian banks must build stronger, more versatile defences against emerging AI-led cyber risks linked to “Mythos”. After a high-level meeting with Ashwini Vaishnaw, RBI, NPCI, CERT-In and banks, she said SBI Chairman C S Setty will lead an IBA-driven effort to coordinate preparedness.
