Att göra ändringar i Kalturas Custom Data-schema kan leda till att metadata kopplad till det schemat raderas.
Det verkar som att problemet endast uppstår vid vissa åtgärder (t.ex. när ett fält tas bort) och endast påverkar fält som innehåller specialtecken (t.ex. å, ö osv). Tills vidare rekommenderar vi att du inte gör några ändringar i befintliga Custom Data-scheman medan vi undersöker problemet. —— Making changes to Kaltura Custom Data schema can cause metadata associated with that schema to be deleted. It seems only certain actions trigger the issue (e.g. removing a field) and only fields with special characters will be deleted (e.g. å, ö, etc). For now we recommend you don't make changes to any existing Custom Data schema, while we investigate.

Vi startade om nextcloud instanser för vissa kunder utan att det var meddelat i förväg. De var otillgänliga för en stund ungefär mellan 17:00 och 17:12 CEST. Vi ber om ursäkt för besväret. Description

We will enable one or more extra Zone to do some testing after having put new things in place. The goal is to find enough data to locate the problem with the communication between the Zones. The effect on customers will be a return to the symptoms of last week and unless we find and fix the actual cause we will revert to running on one zone efter the service windows securing a stable usable service for the following morning. Those symptoms include interrupted and split meetings (both audio and/or video), being unable to connect to meeting with error 103033, problems with entering or leaving breakout rooms.
