No. Guests enter the invite code and take a selfie on any browser. No app download, no account, no friction. An account is only needed if they want to save photos to a persistent collection across multiple events.
Never. Your selfie is used once for matching and immediately discarded. We store only mathematical embeddings, not your actual face image. No biometric data is retained or shared with anyone.
Yes — if the host enables submissions. Guest photos go into a review queue first. The host must approve each photo before it appears. This prevents any inappropriate content from reaching the gallery.
The host opens the slideshow mode from their dashboard and casts or mirrors it to a venue screen. Photos appear in real time as they're uploaded and approved — a live feed of the event.
