Air India, AI Express adds more flights to return stranded passengers from Dubai, other regions amid Iran conflict
Air India and Air India Express are operating additional flights to and from Jeddah and Muscat, with airspace over Saudi Arabia and Oman open. Scheduled commercial flights to other affected West Asian regions remain suspended. The airlines are also facilitating rebookings for stranded passengers and operating special flights on March 7th.

Regional air carrier FLY91 on Wednesday said it has inducted two new ATR 72-600 aircraft into its fleet, taking the total number of planes to six. The latest aircraft, acquired from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise, will be deployed on routes connecting underserved and emerging regional destinations across India, the Goa-headquartered airline said.

Fog diverts two IndiGo flights bound for Hyderabad
Two Indigo flights bound for Hyderabad were diverted to Gannavaram Airport near Vijayawada on Friday. Heavy fog in Hyderabad prevented the aircraft from landing. The flights from Delhi and Mumbai carried approximately 200 passengers each. They landed safely at Gannavaram. The flights will depart for Hyderabad once clearances are received.
IndiGo Pune-Hyderabad flight diverted to Vijayawada due to heavy air traffic: Sources
An IndiGo flight from Pune to Hyderabad was rerouted to Vijayawada because of heavy air traffic. The flight landed safely later. Separately, an Air India flight from Haneda to Delhi made an unscheduled landing in Kolkata. This was due to high cabin temperatures. Passengers are receiving support, and alternative travel arrangements to Delhi are underway. The aircraft is undergoing inspection.

Air India Express is increasing its flights this winter. The airline is adding new routes and more flights from Kolkata and Bagdogra. Passengers can now fly directly from Kolkata to Port Blair and Indore. Bagdogra will have a new direct flight to Chennai. The airline now has more than 90 planes.
