There was an issue with the upstream provider.

This issue has now been resolved and service has been restored.

We have received reports that some customers who's nbn Internet connection terminates on the Nowra POI are experienceing slow speeds, some packet loss and dropouts since around 7 AM this morning.

We are currently investigating the issue.

We apologise for the inconvience and hope to restore full service as soon as possible.
