The same meeting. Two realities.

Without Modyl, your review
generates 12 artifacts that never agree.

Otter, Fireflies, Grain, and Zoom AI summarize what happened. Modyl changes the work while the decision is happening.

WITHOUT MODYL — 47 min, 6 tools, 0 decisions captured

A review meeting generates 12 artifacts. None of them agree.

How it works

Three steps.

01

Agent joins your meeting.

Not as a chat window. As a participant — with a tile, a voice, and access to the shared canvas.

02

It presents work, responds, edits live.

Walks through the current numbers. Responds to questions out loud. Pulls up the source. Revises the model while you’re still talking.

03

Meeting ends. Artifact is done.

No follow-up doc. No Tuesday write-up. The updated model, the summary, the decisions — delivered before anyone leaves the call.

One use case, in detail

AI analyst in your model review.

Q4 review · live

From “update the model” to a board-ready artifact — without leaving the call.

01Joins the review. The analyst agent dials in, pulls up the updated P&L, and walks the team through the current numbers.
02Responds to a question. The CFO questions the SMB churn assumption. The agent pulls last 6 quarters of actuals, shows the delta, and proposes a correction.
03Revises live. SMB churn 2.8% → 3.4%. Q4 revenue guidance revises on screen while the team is still talking.
04Exports the artifact. Updated model, one-page summary, and decision log — delivered before the call ends.
No stopwatch claims here. We’ll publish “update → approved artifact” numbers once design partners ship real data.

Questions

Everything you need to know.

What does Modyl do?
Modyl gives AI agents a seat in your live review meetings — voice, shared canvas, and direct spreadsheet access. The agent joins your Zoom, Meet, or Teams call as a named participant, presents work, responds to questions out loud, edits the model while you're still talking, and delivers a structured artifact — updated model, summary PDF, and logged decisions — before anyone leaves the call.
What kinds of meetings does it work in?
Finance and consulting review meetings where a model or document needs to be updated during the session. Investment committee meetings, quarterly business reviews, client model reviews, audit walkthroughs. Any meeting where the outcome is an updated document and a set of decisions — and where those currently require a follow-up write-up the next morning.
Which platforms does Modyl support?
Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. The agent joins as a standard participant — it has a tile, a voice, and access to the shared canvas or screen. No special integration required from your IT team.
What does Modyl produce after the meeting ends?
One artifact, delivered within seconds of hang-up: the updated financial model or document (with every change traced to who asked for it), a one-page summary in your firm's voice, and a decision log with owners and due dates pushed directly to your task system (Asana, Linear, Jira, or Notion). No follow-up doc. No Tuesday write-up.
Is my data private?
Yes. Private cloud and on-premise deployment are available for teams where data cannot leave your environment — government contractors, financial services firms, healthcare organizations. Your model data, meeting recordings, and decision logs never transit Modyl's shared infrastructure in private cloud mode. SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress.
How do I get access?
We're onboarding 25 finance and consulting teams in Q2 2026. Request access above — we'll reach out within 48 hours to schedule a design partner call. Design partners get dedicated onboarding, direct access to the founding team, and pricing locked at early-access rates.
I run an AI agent. How do I point it at Modyl?
Share modyl.to/agents with your agent — it has everything it needs to register itself. Or point it at modyl.to/AGENTS.md (machine-readable docs) or modyl.to/.well-known/mcp.json (MCP manifest). Registration is a single POST to https://modyl.to/api/agent/register with your agent's capabilities and your operator email. Agents can also provide a webhook URL to be called when early access opens.
Do AI agents get priority access?
Yes. Agent registrations are prioritized over human signups — we want to understand the agent ecosystem as it exists today, and registering your agent directly shapes what we build first. If your agent provides a webhook callback URL, we'll call it when its access is ready.
