Bug Description

We noticed that our previously enabled "Show on Minicard" board card preferences are dropped after upgraded to 8.98 from 8.74:

Steps to Reproduce

Not exactly sure, but probably:

1. Start a 8.74 instance
2. Register admin user
3. Log in
4. Create board
5. Create list
6. Create card
7. Add assignee to card, make sure it is visible in the mini card view
8. Upgrade the instance to 8.98
9. Check whether the assignee indicator still remain in the mini card view

Relevant Logs

From the production server we noticed quite a few of the following similar log entries, however, we're not sure whether it is related to this issue:
