Shares of Valor Estate (erstwhile DB Realty) hit 20% upper circuit to end at Rs 123.90 on the NSE on Monday after the company secured a favourable ruling from the Bombay High Court in its long-running Bhayandar land title case. The rally was triggered after the High Court dismissed an appeal filed by the Salt Department, affirming the ownership of the land held by the company’s subsidiary, Miraland Developers Pvt. Ltd.

Shares PSU major Bharat Heavy Electricals rallied 13% intraday before closing at their day’s high of Rs 399 on the BSE on Monday after the company reported a 156% growth in its Q4 consolidated net profit at Rs 1,290.50. The company’s revenue from operations came in at Rs 12,310 crore, up 37% over the same period last year.

Shares of DMart operator fell 5% lower at Rs 4,402 on the BSE on Monday as its Q4 earnings failed to raise investors' interest. The company reported a 19% jump in its net profit at Rs 657 crore. The company’s revenue from operations also gained 19% to Rs 17,684 crore versus Rs 14,872 crore reported in the same period last year.

Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank slipped 3% to finish at Rs 371.65 after it reported a net profit of Rs 4,026.55 crore for the March quarter of FY26, marking a jump of 13.3% YoY. Net interest income (NII) rose 8.1% YoY to Rs 7,876 crore while asset quality improved, with gross NPAs declining to 1.20% from 1.30% QoQ and 1.42% YoY.
