83% of engineering graduates in India don't get placed. Not because they lack talent. Because the pipeline that was supposed to prepare them — internships — has collapsed. Here's what the data tells us — Students who do internships are significantly more likely to get placed. Yet only 40% of engineering graduates do even one internship.
